Ruck 5 Minutes Intense Pace
Drop the ruck and do 30 Iron Mikes (alternate)
Ruck 5 Minutes Intense Pace
Drop the Ruck and do 50 Air Squats
Ruck 5 Minutes Intense Pace
Drop and do 20 burpees
 

Repeat for one hour.
