I was doing CF for about 2 months or so when a Raven in my unit who has buddies in TACP told me about Fatal Fitness. I checked it out and haven't looked back since.

I'm working on something special, but this thing won't be available for some time--truly extraordinary it will be. I think it'll help you get your friends over here.

I would love to tell you guys all about it but there is nothing like this on the web (there are some things similar, but not exactly like this) and it's pretty sensitive. I have no doubt it will spread like wildfire.

It could be a pop out that shots out of the screen, a Where's Waldo of FF or coloring pages my favorite.

There are some scents that are wonderful - but after exercise most of them are just ewwwww

I was forced to join. The Reaper made me and if I chose not to, I would painfully regret not. He said some sort of torture between playing Aladin's Castle music all day, acting mentally challenged while in public, or waiting for me in my room, naked, on top of the wall lockers. Humiliating to say the least. I could've taken some kind of physical bashing but the pyschological aspect was too disturbing for me.

I was deployed when I met this awesome guy "AnthonyUSAF" and he told me about Fatal Fitness and I said I would try it. I really enjoyed it. I haven't really had time to do it much, but I promise I am going to get back into it, ok Anthony!

I found it through an endless search of workout routines that required me to do the same thing 3 days a week then another thing 2 or 3 more days.. I tried that and got bored quickly. Im not one to stick with something that bores me. FF keeps me motivated by offering something called variety.

Yeah, we've talked to him a couple of times. Just a matter of when/if he wants to throw it up on there.
