As a subscriber, you have access to our programmed, periodized workouts specified for several different career fields and/or industries.  Your subscription entitles you to access all of them.  However we do NOT recommend bouncing between them- you know what your goals/job are.  Stick with the training that is appropriate for that.  The workouts are not meant to be interchangeable.  A fireman should not decide one day to do a "fight" workout for the heck of it, and a police officer using the "fight" workouts should not decide to just do a fire workout for the heck of it.  Be consistent.

Now, here's a basic description of our basic categories:

  • Fire: training for firemen.  Written to flow with the typical 24/48 shift work of a fire department.  As well as solid gym time, sessions are also programmed to work with things commonly found in firehouses (or easy to make/bring in).  This program will make you strong, tough, and ready for long hard work.

  • Fight: Appropriate for law enforcement and/or those interested in MMA training.  

  • Swim Heavy: Written for jobs that require a lot of time in the good ol' H20.  Guys interested in SEAL, PJ, CCT or Rescue Swimmer, here's your cue.

  • Ruck Heavy: Written for jobs that require a strong back and legs to carry a lot of gear a lot of distance.  SF, Ranger, TACP, or Wildland Firefighters.  Also good for people who would like to do a "GoRuck".

  • Strength Bias: IF YOU ARE NOT STRONG ENOUGH, START HERE.  IF YOU CANNOT DEADLIFT 2X YOUR BODYWEIGHT OR BENCH YOUR BODYWEIGHT, OR DO AT LEAST 10X PULLUPS, YOU ARE NOT STRONG ENOUGH.

  • Fat Loss: For those that need to lean out first.  Men, if you are over 17% body fat, start here.  Women, if you are over 25%, start here.  You will still be doing plenty of strength work alongside working on lowering your body fat.  

  • No Gear: We have many people write in who have no gym/gear, are on TDY, etc.  Start here.
