Just joined the Army reserves officer program, currently an E6 (prior USMC recon/infantry, AF flightmedic, army medic, and AF cop). I talk to the career counselor next week regarding CA or PsyOps officer. Anyone have advice or opinions?

Now is the time to bring back the famed "daily double"....intense fast-paced workouts in the morning, and a weight session at night....focusing on the core lifts (bench, squat, deadlift) using the 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 method....
