Warmup:

  1. Double-Under Practice: keep going till you get to 50 reps
  2. 20 8-Count Bodybuilder Pushups

LIFT:

  1. For time: 50 Sandbag Clean and Press AFTER, REST 2 MINUTES
  2. 10 Minutes AMRAP with sledgehammer:
    10 Fireman Chops
    10 Spear Thrusts
    10 Lunges with sledgehammer held overhead
  3. With sled: 5 Rounds (10 minutes total)
    40 Seconds Sled Push OR pull
    80 seconds rest
