10 KB Sumo Deadlift with toes against wall
10 Press with Light bar
- Military Press: Warm up from empty bar to working weight, doing a set of max chin-ups between each set.
- Put on a belt- do one all out set at working weight.
- Take about 20% off the bar. Do one more all out set.
- Deadlift: repeat steps 1-3 for deadlift. Yes, that means chin-ups between sets too.
