Warm-Up:

  1. Double-Under Practice: keep going till you get 50 reps.
  2. Squat Routine 2.0
  3. 3x:
    10 Goblet Squats
    10 Pushups
    10 Lunging Dislocates

LIFT:

  1. 20-15-10 For Time.  Rest 2 minutes after whole circuit complete.
    Sandbag Squat
    Clapping Pushups
    Sandbag Row
  2. 10 Rounds:
    1 Minute suicide sprint
    1 Minute rest
