Week of 4.11.16

Day 1: 5 Rounds
Max Reps Bench @ 135
Max Reps Rows @ 135
1 Minute Plank Between Rounds

Day 2: 
2 Hours Grappling Work or MMA work

Day 3: "Humility"
3x For time:
10 Deadlift at 110% Bodyweight
10 24" Step Ups

Day 4: 
2 Hours Grappling Work or MMA work

Day 5: 
Work up to a solid two rep max on back squat.  Wear a belt.  
THEN:
1 all out set at 70% 1RM.  Immediately take 20-25% off the bar.  One more all out set.  Take more weight off, and continue until you are failing with an empty bar.
