GYM DAY

  1. Bench Press- work up to two-rep max
  2. Bench Press- 5x2 @ 90% of 2RM.  Max Pull-ups between reps
  3. Back Squat- 5x5, raise weight until 5 reps is hard to finish
  4. 20x (10 Minutes)
    15 Seconds KB Snatch
    15 Seconds Rest
