GYM Day: 

  1. Military Press: work up to about 70% of your 1RM from last time.  You either picked volume or strength mode.  Stick with it.
  2. Option 1: Volume Mode: 5x12
    Option 2: Strength Mode: 5x5
  3. Deadlift: Repeat Steps 1 & 2.  Wear a belt for your working sets.
