STATION DAY
Get a sandbag.  Wear an SCBA mask.

Put on the scba mask.  Shoulder or bear hug the sandbag.  Quickly carry the sandbag 50 yards.  Suicide sprint back to start point and back to sandbag.  Repeat.  AMRAP, 20 minutes.
