  1. 8 Rounds (4 Minutes)
    20 Seconds Sledgehammer Strike
    10 Seconds Rest
    -REST 2 MINUTES WHEN DONE-
  2. 8 Rounds (4 Minutes)
    20 Seconds Ceiling Pull*
    10 Seconds Rest
  3. 1 Mile Run

* Ceiling Pull- act like the sledgehammer is a short hook and you are pulling at an invisible ceiling.  Up and down.  Simple.
