Grab your sled, and tie a long rope or out of service section of handline to it.  Load the sled moderately heavy.  Grab a sledgehammer and something safe to strike (tire, stump, etc)

20 Minute AMRAP
20 Pushups
50ft Sled rope pull- stand still and pull the sled toward yourself
20 Sledgehammer strikes (10 each side)
