OPTION 1: STATION:

20 DOUBLE UNDERS
20 PUSHUPS
20 HEAVY SANDBAG ROW

OPTION 2: GYM

  1. Bench Press & Pendlay Row: warm up to working weights
  2. Do one all out set of each at working weights.  Wear a belt for row.
  3. Cut your "all out sets" in half.  Then pyramid down.  
  4. Back Squat- repeat steps 1-3.  Wear a belt at working weight, and between all sets (even warm-up), do a "work zone" set of pull-ups any grip.
  5. GRIND:
    20-15-10:
    Sumo Deadlift at about 60% working weight
    Goblet Squat
    Pushups
