GYM DAY:
Warm-Up:
100 Single Unders with jump rope
20 Dislocating Lunges

  1. Bench Press & Pendlay Row: start with empty bar, warm up to working weight
  2. Bench: do an all out set at working weight.  Take 20% off, do another all out set.  Repeat.
  3. Pendlay Row: repeat step 2.
  4. Squat: Repeat steps 1&2 for squat.
