- Military Press and Weighted Chins: work from empty bar to working weight
- 1 all out set of each.
- Deadlift- work up from empty bar to working weight
- Put on belt- 1 all out set with good form- when your spotter says you're rounding your back, time to stop.
- Take about 20% off the bar. Do one more all out set. Same rules regarding form.
