  1. Deadlift: warm up to about half of your current 5rm.  
  2. Do an all-out set, leaving 1 rep in the tank.  
  3. Immediately take about 20% off.  Do another all-out set, leaving one rep in the tank.
  4. Immediately take another 20% off, and do a final all-out set.
  5. LATER: 2 Mile run
