Day 1: 

  1. 100 KB Snatch for time.
    -REST 5 MINUTES WHEN DONE-
  2. 100 KB Goblet Squat for time.
    -REST 5 MINUTES WHEN DONE-
  3. 100 KB Swings for time.  

Day 2: 

Pyramid 1 up to 10 and back down to 1:
-Pull-ups (vary grip each set)
-Pushups on DB's
-Crunches

Day 3: 

  1. 5x (10 Minutes total)
    1 Minute Suicide sprint
    1 Minute rest
    -REST 5 MINUTES WHEN DONE-
  2. 10x (20 Minutes total)
    15 Seconds KB Snatch
    15 Seconds Rest

Day 4: Pick ONE:

  1. 1 Hour Swim
  2. 1 Hour Ruck
  3. 1 Hour Bike
