Warm-Up:

  1. Squat Routine 2.0
  2. 3x:
    10 KB Swings
    10 Bodyweight squats

LIFT

  1. Deadlift: warm up from empty bar to your working weight
  2. 1 all out set.  use a spotter to advise when your form is slipping (that's when you stop)
  3. Take about 20% off the bar, and do one more all out set with the same rules
  4. GRIND:
    1. 20-15-10
    Front Squat
    200m Sprint
    - REST 5 MINUTES AFTER -
    2. 5 Minute AMRAP
    20 KB Swings
    20 Bodyweight squat
