EACH DAY YOU WILL RETEST YOUR 1RM'S, ONE LIFT PER DAY:

  1. Re-Test Max
  2. Test max reps at 80% of max
  3. Record number

Monday: Military Press
Tuesday: Deadlift
Wednesday: REST
Thursday: Bench Press
Friday: Squat

With each "max rep" rest.  If you get 7 or less reps, that lift needs to go into strength mode.  If you get over 7 reps, go to volume mode.  If you don't know what that means, go to the "READ THIS FIRST" page and read the updated strength protocols.
