  1. Bench Press: Work up to 1RM.
  2. 5x2 @ 90% 1RM.  Between all sets do 4-5 weighted chin-ups 
  3. Back Squat- 5x5.  Should be difficult but doable
  4. 20 Rounds (10 Minutes)
    15 seconds KB Snatch
    15 Seconds Rest
