  2. 5x2 @ 90%
  3. Military Press- 5 sets of 5, max pull-ups between
  4. Grind: 5x, no rest:
    10 Walking Barbell Lunges
    10 Goblet Squat with KB or DB
    10 Squat Jump (bodyweight)
