Day 2: 
2 Hours Grappling Work or MMA work

Day 3: "Humility"
3x For time:
10 Deadlift at 110% Bodyweight
10 24" Step Ups

Day 4: 
2 Hours Grappling Work or MMA work

Day 5: 
20 Rounds (10 Minutes)
15 Seconds KB Snatch
15 Seconds Rest
