Week of 1.11.16

Day 1: 

  1. Warm up to a solid 2 rep max deadlift
  2. HUMILITY:
    3x
    10 Deadlift @ 110% bodyweight
    20 step ups to 24" box

Day 2: 
5 Rounds (20 Minutes Total)
1 Minute Farmer carry (heavy DB or KB each hand)
1 Minute Sled push or pull
1 Minute Push Press
1 Minute Knees-to-elbows

Day 3: 
Pyramid 1-10-1 (1 rep, 2, 3, up to 10, 9, 8, back down to 1)

KB Swings
KB Goblet Squats

NO REST between sets

Day 4: 
1 Hour Bike or Elliptical, moderate pace.
