  1. Bench Press & Pendlay Row: Warm up from empty bar to working weight
  2. One all out set of each at working weight.  Wear a belt for row.
  3. 5 Rounds
    1 Minute Sled Push/Pull
    10 Renegade Man Makers with 2 DB's
  4. 20 Rounds (10 Minutes)
    15 Seconds KB Snatch
    15 Seconds Rest
  5. 8 rounds (4 Minutes)
    20 Seconds Burpees (no pushups at bottom)
    10 Seconds Rest
