Week of 12.7.15

Day 1: 
Deadlift and Military Press:

  1. Deadlift: Warm up to working weight.  
  2. 5x2-3 reps at working weight, wearing belt.
  3. Military Press: warm up to working weight
  4. 5x5-8 reps at working weight.  Between sets, lat pulldowns or pull-ups, 5-10 reps.

Day 2:

"20/20"
20 Minute AMRAP
20 Pushups
20 Crunches
20 Flutterkicks (4 Count)

Day 3:  20-15-10
Hang Clean or Double KB Clean
Push Press
Front Squat

Day 4: 
REST

Day 5: 
Squat and Bench Press:

  1. Squat: Warm up to working weight.  
  2. 5x2-3 reps at working weight, wearing belt.
  3. Bench Press: warm up to working weight
  4. 5x5-8 reps at working weight.  Between sets, lat pulldowns or pull-ups, 5-10 reps.

Day 6: 

(1) 50 Renegade Man Makers
-REST 2 MINUTES-
(2) 50 Burpees-Into-pullups
