10 Empty Bar Press

  1. Military Press & Chin-Ups/Lat-Pulldowns: warm up to working weight
  2. Do one all out set of each at working weight.  Wear a belt for press.
  3. Take about 25% off the bar.  3 sets of 5, supersetting (go right from press to pulldowns, back and forth etc)
  4. GRIND: 4x:
    Run or bike 5 minutes
    20 Pushups
    30 Air Squats
    40 Crunches
