- Military Press & Chin-Ups/Lat-Pulldowns: warm up to working weight
- Do one all out set of each at working weight. Wear a belt for press.
- Take about 25% off the bar. 3 sets of 5, supersetting (go right from press to pulldowns, back and forth etc)
- GRIND: 4x:
