  1. Deadlift: warm up from empty bar to working weight
  2. Put on a belt.  Do one all out set.
  3. Remove about 25% off the bar.  3 sets of 5, resting one minute between.
  4. GRIND:
    A. 4 Minutes:
    20 Seconds KB Swings
    10 Seconds Rest
