HAM Hip Mobility Drill
10 Sumo KB Deadlfit with toes against wall
10 Overhead squat with empty bar, PVC or broomstick

LIFT

  1. Squat: warm up from an empty bar to your working weight
  2. Put on a belt.  1 all out set.
  3. Take 20% off the bar.  Do one more all out set.
  4. GRIND:
    A. Barbell Complex: 5 Rounds NON STOP
    7 Row
    7 Deadlift
    7 Clean
    7 Front Squat
    7 Push Press
    7 Clean Grip Reverse Lunge
    -REST 2 MINUTES WHEN FINISHED-
    B. 10 Minutes:
    15 Seconds KB Snatch
    15 Seconds REST
