DOUBLE GRIND DAY: 

(1) Humility: 4 Rounds
10 Deadlift at about 110% Bodyweight*
10 Step-Ups to 24" platform, each leg

*scale deadlift if needed to maintain proper form.  make a prudent judgement beforehand of what weight you can handle for the reps, be challenged and not use awful form.

(2) JUSTICE:

5 Rounds for time:
20 pushups
20 burpees-to-pullups (pushup at bottom of burpee)
20 squat jumps
20 kb swings
